A. Online Registration

New Registrations

Please note that the current online registration form does not include full workshop details, as additions and changes to the schedule for the optional workshops are in progress. For the timebeing, do not indicate your workshop choices on the form -- once the full workshop details are available, then the Pharma-Bio-Med organisers will contact you directly with the finalised workshop schedule for you to update your workshop choices on the registration form.

Click the Register Now button to begin a new Pharma-Bio-Med 2008 registration or to access an existing Pharma-Bio-Med 2008 registration.  Complete the registration form, review your information, print a copy for your records, and submit your registration.  (If needed, you can repeat the process to enter multiple registrations on behalf of delegates attending from the same company.)  Don’t forget to make meal selections and workshop selections on the form.  You can print an invoice at the end of the registration form (invoice printing requires Acrobat Reader). 

Once you have completed and submitted your registration form, follow the instructions in Step #2 and #3 for payment procedures and hotel booking information.

Return to this page if you need to update your registration using the Registration Accession Number (RAN) that will be provided with your registration confirmation. If you are experiencing online registration difficulties, please check that your browser has Javascript & Cookies enabled.

B.  Offline (fax) Registration

As an alternative to registering online, click here to download the registration form in PDF format.  The form requires having Acrobat Reader installed on your system.  This software can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Website.  Alternatively, you may contact admin@pharma-bio-med.com to have the form sent to you by fax or email.
